Processing of personal data
The Trademark Office can process your personal data because you use the services of the Trademark Office and/or because you have provided it to the Trademark Office yourself by completing a contact form on the website. The Trademark Office can process the following personal data:

  • Your telephone number
  • Your email address

Why The Trademark Office needs personal data
The Trademark Office processes your personal data to contact you by telephone on your request and/or to contact you in writing (by email and/or by post) if we are unable to reach you by telephone.

Duration of data retention by the Trademark Office

The Trademark Office has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained via The Trademark Office for other Google services.

Viewing, rectifying or deleting data
You have the right to view, rectify or delete your personal data. You can send a request to that effect to info@trademark-office.org. The Trademark Office will respond to your request as soon as possible but within four weeks.

The Trademark Office takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent its misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesired disclosure and unauthorised modification. The Trademark Office website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
